Step 1
Use the channel mixer to remove the green cast and up the contrast. Put the
settings
somewhere around Red 50 Green 35 and Blue 35. Select the "Monochrome"
box.

Step 2
Play around with "Levels" until you get the contrast you want.

Step 3
Use the Unsharp Mask settings: 25 radius, 25 strength, 0 clipping.

Step 4
Use the Unsharp Mask settings: 1 radius, 25 strength, 0 clipping.

Step 5
Finish up with a little more Unsharp mask and colorize it (hue 28, saturation 28).
